AVAILABILITY

 

Our appointment slots are released on the 15th of each month for the following month. Example January slots would be released on 15th December ... and so on.

DEPOSIT

A  deposit is required in confirming an hair extension  appointment with us . This will be deducted from your final payment. The outstanding balance to be paid in in salon or after your appointment have been carried out.

 



WIG MAKING PROCESS

  • You are required to drop off or send your hair a minimum of 5 days to your appointment (please consider this when booking an appointment).
  • All wigs are made off your head, with your precise measurement (all measurement information will be in the confirmation email).

CONFIRMATION EMAIL

A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your appointment is booked. if you do not receive a confirmation it means your appointment is not booked or you have entered the wrong email address, in this case please email us to confirm. All necessary information, including full address and measurement details will be in your confirmation email.



CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

Cancellations can be made up to a week to your appointment through your confirmation email to receive a full refund. Once a wig  lace is cut and  worn no refund is accepted. 

However if you are satisfied with our products hair or wigs  and if lace is not cut,  and wig is not worn /use we can refund you within 14 days of a lodge refund/complaints.

 

RESCHEDULING

Appointments can be rescheduled through your confirmation email up to a week to your appointment Using the same deposit. Any less than a week you will need to pay a new deposit. Please note you will only be able to reschedule your appointment once using the same deposit.

 

LATE POLICY

RGWIGS works strictly by appointments , therefore to maintain our schedule we ask for you to respect our time, and attend your appointment on time. Lateness could incur a £20 late fee or a cancellation at the discretion of your stylist.



SPECIAL NEEDS

If you have any special needs that required us to make adjustments for you, please get in touch via email or telephone. Our salon has a no Stairs access, therefore suitable for wheelchair users.



DELIVERY

Delivery option should only be selected if you will not be coming in for your appointments. Your wig will be made with provided measurement, Customised/styled and posted back to you. All wigs for each week are sent out on the following Monday only, via next day delivery. You will also receive an email with your tracking number once sent.

TIPS AND ADVISE FOR THE BEST RESULT

FRONTALS

  • The lace on Frontals are available in different colours, please ensure the lace you have purchased is not too dark for your skin tone, as lace can only be darkened not lightened.
  • We do not work with stained lace from dye applications, thick knots and thick lace)
  • please see colour chart below for lace colour reference. 

RECOMMENDED FRONTAL SPECIFICATION:

  • Thin lace/slight stretch
  • Low density 120-130%
  • Single knotted
  • Swiss lace/Illusion lace/HD LACE

GLUE LESS WIG

Please be aware that not all lace frontals are suitable for a Glueless install, please use the recommended spec for the best result. If we find your lace to not meet the specification, you will be refused a glueless install, and Glue will be used instead.

MINI FRONTAL

To achieve a natural mini frontal look, you will need to purchase a 5x5/6x6/7x7 lace closure, and select the mini frontal option available.
