Returns and Exchanges

We understand that picking the right colour might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your unopened DLUSSO COLLECTION Extension set for a set of the right color within thirty (14) days of you receiving your order. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.

***All STYLING TOOLS purchased with a discount code are considered FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for return or exchange. You may only return or exchange.***
All Haircare products are final sale, no returns or exchanges.

We are very confident and guarantee the quality of our product! We want you to be satisfied with your order so we thoroughly check each order before postage !
Our products come with a certificate of quality control and instructions for a quality care regimen. However, if you feel you’ve received an item that is defective and abnormal and would like an exchange, we are happy to accommodate EXCHANGES. If you have received any product that is defective you must contact us immediately upon receiving the package. The exchange must be conducted within five (14) business days of receipt of the merchandise.
We do not offer REFUNDS; you will receive a STORE CREDIT. · We suggest that you thoroughly review your product of interest, ask us question if required before investing in the hair purchase. if you are not familiar with our Hair. · Also, note that return due to a slight colour or texture variation will not be authorized.· Our Colour and Texture online chart are used as guides, as the colour and texture view may vary depending on your monitor’s resolution.

NOTE:
1. Please note that you can still return the hair for an exchange if the b label and security sticker around it were not tampered with! Our weft hair comes with our black and gold sticker to maintain the integrity and quality of our hair, once this label is tampered with/ removed, it is 100% void for any exchange. Please do not tamper with the product if you have concerns or reservations as we cannot restock a tampered item back.
2. Exchange MUST be initiated within 5 days of product receipt.
3. You will be responsible for paying costs associated with returning the DLUSSO product(s) if the correct item is received.
4. 15% Merchandise Restocking Fee applies if you received the correct item. This will only be waived if we sent you the incorrect item.
5. Shipping and Insurance fee is non-applicable for store credit.
6. ALL SALES ARE FINAL on “Custom Order” , Wigs and “Clearance” items unless an incorrect item is received.
****Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW tampered items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
We are not alone; other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of tampered items for the same reasons.

Eligible Products

You must exchange the item with a similar item/style. We can only warrant one exchange per order.
Eligible products must be in original and perfect factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.

Ineligible Products

Item not eligible for exchange is items received for more than 5 days of initial contact, Clearance items, Custom Orders, Hair Samples and Colour Ring.
Products that have been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with is ineligible and deemed authorization.

Exchange Request (RMA)

Requests for exchange must be made within 14 days of receipt of product(s). Exchanges must be pre-authorized by dlussocollection.com with an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Without an RMA, the item is void for return.
We will issue you the RMA after the pre-authorization. Once you receive your RMA with instructions on how to send it back, you can then send back the item. Credits are issued as store credit only. Store credit is valid for the purchase of any item on www.onychair.com and does not expire!
When completing any return or exchange, please follow the steps below.
To Proceed with the request of an “RMA” number. Please SUBMIT THIS FORM.
If you are making an exchange and the total cost of your exchange is more than the amount of your return, you will be required to pay the difference.
Make sure to follow all instructions provided.

Please Note Before Submitting Exchange:

  • Requests for exchange must be made within 5 business days of receipt of product(s).
  • The merchandise is in the original state with corresponding packaging, tags, and/ bag.
  • Item in question is not from clearance or Bundle Deal.
  • Restocking fee May apply.
  • We must receive the returning item and your balance will be issued as a store credit for your future item.

Exchange Duration

Returns/Exchanges typically take 5 business days for a complete exchange. It is highly recommended that you plan in advance if you are going to be initiating an exchange.

Exchange Package Preparation

You must clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Packages with no visible RMA will be refused. You must choose a shipping company with a tracking system so we can track your return.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please CLICK and fill in the form immediately.
To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

How do I return my DLUSSOs?

Simply send your *unopened*  Dlusso Collections’s back to the below address.

Please follow the below instructions to ensure that your return will be processed and received:
STEP 1.
Please include the Order Confirmation Email that was sent to you at the time of purchase. This should state your order #, first and last name and address. If for any reason you are unable to print that out, simply write your Order number, first and last name and address on a piece of paper and insert that in your return package.
STEP 2.
Be sure to include the TESTER portion of your Dlusso Collection’s as it ends up being a part of the full set.
STEP 3.
Please indicate whether you would like an EXCHANGE and for which color or if you would prefer a RETURN. If you prefer an exchange and there is a difference in price, we will simply send you an invoice via e-mail to pay the difference.
If you received a free gift, from a promotion in your order, and you are doing a return; we ask that you do send the free gift back as well. The free gift then only applies if you are going to be doing an exchange.
*For faster processing, we would encourage to return for a refund and re-order the set you would like to avoid waiting for the return processing time.
STEP 4.
We strongly suggest keeping your tracking number so we can confirm your package has been safely delivered to our shipping facilities! We will not accept responsibility for items returned to our facility without a tracking number. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return your set back to us.
STEP 5.
Please allow 4-6 business days from the date the return is delivered to be notified by a representative.

Refunds for any return exclude the initial shipping cost paid to ship your package, that shipping fee is non-refundable.
